LPG + Radiofrequency (RF): The power combo for stubborn areas

For extra-stubborn zones (hips “saddlebags,” tummy, thighs, even under-chin), we alternate LPG Endermologie® with Radiofrequency (RF). RF gently warms deeper layers to support a firmer look; LPG boosts lymphatic flow so your body can process what’s been mobilized—safely and effectively. Personalized plans. Results vary.

Why we sometimes add RF after LPG
Sometimes, after a few LPG sessions, certain areas stay resistant—like the hips (the classic “culotte/saddlebags” zone), lower abdomen, or outer thighs. In those cases, LPG alone might not reach deeply enough for the contouring you’re after.
That’s when we add Radiofrequency for a deeper boost.
What is Radiofrequency (RF)?
Radiofrequency uses controlled energy to gently warm deeper skin layers. This thermal effect is commonly used to:
• Support skin firmness and improve laxity appearance
• Enhance contouring in localized areas
• Promote a smoother, more refined look
We always keep comfort in mind—most clients describe RF as a warm, relaxing sensation.
Why combine RF with LPG?
When we stimulate deeper layers with RF, we then want the body to move and process what’s been mobilized.
That’s where LPG Endermologie® shines: it supports lymphatic flow and circulation, helping your body’s natural processes do their best work. The result is a smart, synergistic protocol:
RF for depth → LPG for flow.
Areas we can target
• Body: hips/saddlebags, tummy, thighs, arms, flanks
• Face/neck: under-chin and jawline area (skin-tightening focus)
How we schedule it (your alternating plan)
We personalize your plan, but a common structure is to alternate:
• Session A: LPG Endermologie®
• Session B: Radiofrequency (RF)
Typical plans range 6–10 visits, adjusted to your goals and how your skin responds.
What to expect
• Feel: Comfortable, warm, and relaxing sessions
• Aftercare: Hydrate well and keep gentle movement in your day to support lymphatic flow
• Results: Aiming for a smoother, firmer, lighter feel and look over a series—results vary by individual
Is this right for you?
This combo is ideal if you:
• Want a non-invasive approach for stubborn areas
• Prefer a targeted, personalized plan rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol
• Value gradual, natural-looking improvements
Note: Certain medical devices/conditions may be incompatible with RF. If you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker, metal implants in the area, active skin conditions, or recent procedures, let us know in advance so we can advise you appropriately. FAQ
Is RF painful?
Most clients find it comfortable and warm, not painful.
How many sessions will I need?
Typically 6–10 sessions in an alternating plan. We’ll tailor this after your consultation.
Can it help the under-chin area?
Yes—RF focuses on skin tightening while LPG supports flow. Many clients choose this duo for the under-chin and jawline area.
Is there downtime?
Generally no downtime. Mild temporary redness is possible for some.
How should I prepare and recover?
Arrive hydrated and drink water after. Gentle movement (like a light walk) can support lymphatic flow.
