Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect everyone’s time and ensure availability for other clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may avoid the cancellation fee by rescheduling your appointment within 10 calendar days. This courtesy may be used once per appointment. Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee. I understand and am aware of the Cancellation Policy.
